Please make sure that when buying our products you actually want the item from our collections as we do NOT offer the option for refunds or returns incase of buyers remorse. When an item you received is misprinted/damaged/defective contact us within 30 days of the date on which you received the item so that we may issue you an appropriate replacement. Buyers Remorse
Unhinged Society is a print on demand based webstore. this means that all our products are specifically made for you, the customer. we do not keep stock of our items and can therefore not accept refunds or returns when it comes to buyers remorse. This means that you have to be absolutely sure that you want the product of your liking and have chosen the right size that fits you as we not accept size exchanges either. Size guides are available for all our products and certain products that fall small have the appropriate warning in the product description.
Damaged & mislabeled items
Our supplier prides themselves on "unparalleled product quality" and make the necessary effort to ensure that all products they send out are up to these quality standards. However a mistake can be made and a product of lower quality may slip trough the control or products may get damaged during shipment. If you have received a damaged or mislabeled product it is of the utmost importance that you contact us within 30 days of the date the product has been received with high-quality pictures of the product and the damage so that we may issue you an appropriate replacement item.
